On September 18, 2022, the  community of Niagara-on-the-Lake came together to honor the indomitable spirit of Terry Fox at the annual Terry Fox Run. Residents of all ages participated in a heartwarming display of unity, walking, running, and cycling in support of cancer research.

The event was a resounding success, with the community generously contributing a remarkable $145,000. This significant contribution will directly fund vital cancer research initiatives, keeping Terry Fox’s dream of finding a cure alive.

The Terry Fox Run serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of community and the collective impact we can have in the fight against cancer.
