2023 NOTL Remembrance Day
On November 11th, the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake beat with a collective spirit of remembrance. Hundreds gathered at the Clock Tower Cenotaph on Queen Street to observe Remembrance Day, paying tribute to the brave men and women who served our country.
The ceremony was a moving testament to the community’s deep gratitude for the sacrifices made by our veterans. A moment of reflection and silence filled the air as residents came together to honor those who fought for our freedom.
Later in the day, the solemn remembrance continued with a second service at the Queenston Cenotaph, extending the day of reflection across the region.
The strong turnout and reverent participation of the community underscored the enduring importance of remembering those who gave everything for our country. Their service and sacrifices will forever be cherished and remembered by the people of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
