On September 15, 2024, the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake bestowed a unique honor upon renowned artist Trisha Romance, presenting her with the inaugural “Key to the Town.” This prestigious recognition celebrated Romance’s significant contributions to the community and her exceptional artistic career.

The ceremony, held at the Old Court House, was attended by local dignitaries, art enthusiasts, and members of the community. Lord Mayor and Council presented Romance with the Key to the Town, acknowledging her exceptional talent and unwavering passion, which have greatly enriched the cultural and economic fabric of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
